What is a Brazilian Blowout?
A Brazilian Blowout is a professional smoothing service that uses a liquid keratin that bonds your hair to create a protective protein layer around each strand. This layer seals the cuticle, ridding your hair of frizz and protecting it against damage, especially heat styling damage.
The keratin treatment is applied after your hair is washed several times to ensure it is completely clean so the keratin can bond. Your hair is then blow dried and straightened with a flat iron, rinsed out and then blow dried again to set the treatment. The heat from styling activates the treatment.
Unlike other keratin treatments, you can go on with your life as soon as you leave our salon. The Brazilian blowout treatment is already complete and set so you can go workout, take a shower, anything you want! You won’t hurt your hair or ruin your results.

This service will not chemically straighten the hair, but it will smooth the hair to create a more manageable at home routine. The total service is 150 minutes, not including a haircut.

How Long Will a Brazilian Blowout Treatment Last?
The treatment can last as long as three to four months depending on how you care for your hair. You can extend the life of your Brazilian Blowout and maintain smooth, glossy hair by washing your hair less often. When you wash your hair, use a chlorine- and sulfate-free shampoo to prevent the stripping of the protective layer.
Once the treatment wears off, your hair will return to its original texture. The first signs of needing to have your Brazilian Blowout redone is that your roots will have your original texture as the hair grows in.
The Treatment
The Treatment is just that… a customized hair and/or scalp treatment designed just for you and your specific needs. This service includes a scalp massage and blow dry style. The total service is 45 minutes.
