Your appointments are very important to the team members of Twelve27, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
We pride ourselves on providing service to all of our clients in a timely and professional manner. Guests will generally be allowed a 10 minute grace period. After that time, we will call to check in on you. If you are able to make it in time for your entire service to be completed, great! If not, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you.
Twelve27 accepts all forms of payment including American Express. Gratuity for your service provider can be put on any credit card, but cash or Venmo are appreciated.
A ‘+’ sign after all prices indicates price differences between stylists and their experience and education levels. Variations in pricing can also depend on the length and thickness of hair, or amount of color used for your service.
YES! We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. If you are not 100% satisfied we ask that you contact us within 14 days of your appointment so that we may have the opportunity to discuss how we can get you to loving your hair. Any issues reported longer than 14 days from the original appointment date will not immediately be considered a correction but will be assessed on a case by case basis.
We understand how challenging it is finding time to spend on yourself. We also understand that your “me time” does not always align with your hair appointments. However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. Young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in the lap. Older children (12+), capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area. As a courtesy to others, please silence your cell phones and other devices. Do not use speaker phone, we ask for you to use headphones or text. Thank you.
